CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR OUR PROGRAMS/WORKSHOPS:
Refunds will only be given for cancellations received at least six days prior to the workshop.
- If six days notice is not received, 4% of the total cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Workshop locations are subject to change up to 24 hours before the date of the workshop. In the event the location of a workshop changes, registrants will be notified in advance via email and/or phone number they provided.
- The Pen-Stars Program reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to an emergency or insufficient registration. In that case, registrants will be notified in advance and full refunds will be issued.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY FOR OUR BOOKS:
We allow up to 14 business days after receiving your package to issue a refund for returned items, and up to 30 days after receiving your package to qualify for store credit for the returned items. To ensure that you receive either a refund or a store credit for your return, all products must be unused, in a resalable condition (no ink or pencil marks, no scratches, no damage of any kind, no wear and tear).
Please note: Unless a return is the result of an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. When sending include a note with your name, email, order #, and reason for the return. Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We allow up to 30 days to qualify for an exchange. We honor requests for exchanges by issuing store credit for the cost of the original item purchased, which can then be applied toward purchasing the item you’d like to order in exchange. All products must be unused and o exchange an item, please mail it back to us, include a note with your name, email, order #, your reason for the exchange, and a request for store credit.
We will email you a code for store credit as soon as we have received your returned package. Please save your tracking number, as we cannot issue store credit for any items that are lost in the mail or do not make it to us for any other reason. We do not issue credit for shipping costs.
